Since the lady in charge didn't understand the street address, the next one answered the phone. I asked if I should repeat everything; no, just the street address. Then I thanked her and hung up. After 1.5 hours, nothing. I called again. It was the second lady on the phone again, who then tried to tell me that she had only said 90 minutes, which was completely untrue.
