My experience at Vida e Caffè Villaggio was appalling and, without question, the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. I ordered an iced mocha and a croissant breakfast roll. Unfortunately, the attendant failed to secure the coffee lid properly before handing it to me. Moments later, the entire drink spilled, soaking my MacBook Pro and causing severe liquid damage to the keyboard and trackpad. While accidents can happen, what made this experience truly unacceptable was the staff’s response. Instead of showing genuine concern, apologizing sincerely, or making any effort to assist, they came across as dismissive, nonchalant, and indifferent. Even while cleaning up the spill, their attitude suggested that the damage to my laptop was of little consequence. Naturally, I was upset. Anyone would be after watching an expensive laptop get drenched because basic care wasn’t taken. Rather than acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, the staff seemed irritated by my react

It’s really annoying how your cafe will be open but your official phone number will be off. How are customers supposed to reach you??? When I’m rushing to work in the morning, I like to call to place my order so I can just swing by quickly to pick it up. Instead, all your numbers will be switched off, and when I finally get through, I’m hit with “oh we don’t do delivery”. Mtseeeew.
