I visited Barista Jam during my stay at The Putman, and it became my regular spot for breakfast. The staff work fast but are friendly, and they remembered my order on the second day. The coffee is strong, smooth, and easy to drink in the morning. I tried the scrambled egg toast, which was simple but comforting. It’s not fancy, but it has a warm vibe and honest quality. A reliable café in Central. 朝ごはんがいいね！

Pretty good range of coffee beans and expertly brewed. The drip tasting flight is a good option, in my case 3 with a wine-y profile which i liked, and the pourover was interesting too with Indonesian sourced beans with a melon wash process giving it a strong melon profile. Definitely variety for the more experienced coffee drinkers and simply a great brew for the rest.

As someone who has been disappointed with the avocado toast of many coffee shops in HK, this coffee shop has done it very nicely!! 🥰 They chose sourdough that’s actually sour and not too firm to the point it scratches your mouth. The hummus, feta, avocado, and cherry tomato combination just works. It’s basically all my favourite foods on one slice of bread. The avocado maintains its shape since it’s only slightly crushed and there’s no bitterness to the kale at all. You can tell every ingredient was prepared with care. Worth the 70ish dollars for the ambiance 👍🏻🥰🥰

Great place for a coffee refuel. I had a flat white, which tasted amazing 🤩 I would probably not mix the colors of the cups and saucers though. Appreciate the playfulness. The decor is fascinating inside and outside. They have an impressive collection of dildos (sorry, coffee stamps 🤣) in the window 🪟

Barista Jam Review ☕ Experience the finest varieties of coffee in the world at Barista Jam in Sheung Wan. The entrance to their premises was not apparent, so I walked past it the first time. The dark grey exterior blended with the neighbouring environment. It looked charming now that I think of it. Upon entering the cafe, you're greeted with a mini outdoor seating area and a busy display window filled with coffee equipment. Stepping in, you immediately feel the ambience with the dim studio lighting and light jazz music playing in the background. Metal clanks from the coffee equipment, steam machine hissing, clinking glassware and clanking utensils. The overall atmosphere feels like an ASMR experience. [Steak and Mushroom Sandwich with Salad] by Barista Jam Fresh cherry tomatoes, sourdough, beef, red onion, brown mushrooms and mixed salad greens. The salad filled the plate and was dressed with my favourite dressing - balsamic vinegar; they were generous with it too. I love how i
