From layout of the restaurant, design, decor, staff professionalism, food (quality AND presentation), harbor view, creative design of each of the “5” sections, this establishment has it all. Entertain all of your senses at once. This place delivers a full experience that few places offer. I highly recommend anyone wanting to escape to Japan without leaving Hong Kong to come here. K11 has many eateries but none like this. Customer service is huge in my book and it exceeded my expectation here. An added bonus is the food and drink are well matched to the service. Will definitely come again many times!!

The idea to mix all Japanese elements is great but service is very poor given its price. Food is mediocre ( barely meet 3 star), service would be 1 star while environment maybe 4 star. We tried the two dinner tasting menu which cost almost 1500 hkd per person but we felt this is barely a tasting menu but rather an expensive dinner set. 1. Food wise, the sashimi is poorly cut with the tendon on it that makes it so hard to chew , and no one ever comes back after I give the feedbacks. The melon is so ripe and the wagyu is way too fatty/ oil. The abalone is the only highlight of the menu. 2. Service wise, the waitress doesn’t know anything about the menu and food, I asked about the food and she always need to check and come back. And when I asked her to clean the table, she didn’t even wipe the obvious soup on the table ? 3. Drink wise the mocktail is so sweet and the first cocktail is tasteless. Don’t know why in description even highlight the bartender in description. 4. Environment

The value performance does not justify to the food quality, service and environment. Fish cod but oily and bit burn. Focus and on food heat and servicing is not the same level as the mall atmosphere. The space and dining table does not fit the food servicing management of efficiency and customer comfort plate. Restaurant environment is not sound absorbent so other communication could be heard plus music is played in medium level. Hard to have conversations if one is soft spoken.

We came over to try something new in K11. We had their lunch set today!! I had the teppanyaki set and my friend had their sukiyaki set. I really like the cod fish that I had, very tasty. They made the fish skin very crispy like the potato chips lol. My beef was nice too but they didn’t ask me how I would like my beef to be cooked…. My friend likes her sukiyaki set, the beef was nice but I think she could get a better one in another place. If you want to try this restaurant, trying their teppanyaki would be more worth trying.

I strongly recommend the tasting menu and to reserve a seat in their signature teppanyaki room. Ask for chef Matthew 👨‍🍳 for a great time. We had a Great experience and their Service was impeccable. Upon our arrival, we were served a shot from their house mix: wasabi and sake. The shot was very refreshing and it open up our appetite. Food ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️/5 With the tasting menu experience, we were able to taste multi tasting panels from their menu. (From raw to their signature teppanyaki grill). The ingredients used was very fresh and every plates is explained in details by our chef. Their platings skills will make your jaw drop and Dont forget to take some memorable pictures. The chef reassure we had no allergies before proceeding to the cooking of any meats. The soup in the teacup was 🔥 Ambiance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 We sat in the teppanyaki room. Room was chic and beautiful. Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 No complaints here. We have been taken care as the moment we sat. The chefs are very dynamic

Would have given negative rating if possible. Food quality and services are both the worst that I cant even find the right word to describe. 1). sukiyaki beef is still frozen by the time its served to our table, 2). sashimi rice is like Chinese rice with a lack of vinegar and softness, 3). Sashimi starter came after the mains and is the exact combination as the sashimi rice…4). Staff won’t try to speak english or provide assistance, 5). Seated us at the bar table and wont let us move to other proper table even the place is empty, 6). Ordered chicken liver but served us something else which i dont bother to find out anymore, 7). The minced chicken is 80% stuffed with flour. 8). The ice cream is half melted when served…I can go on and on…there is just nothing right about this place. One conclusion: would rather starve than coming to this place.

a busy day,I have time to write a review. Family gathering, chose Five Samurai Restaurant. There are surprises in terms of food, the sea urchin and abalone pot rice👍🏻 Other food yakitoui，chicken steak meals also have surprises. When I saw yellow duck today, the restaurant Waitress arranged for us to be near the window to take pictures for us.very nice move.
