Miguel Lara★★★★★Had a wonderful dining experience at Dum Pukht. The food was absolutely delicious, full of rich and authentic flavors, and every dish was perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, making the experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Karan for the great hospitality — very friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. His service really stood out. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for amazing food and excellent service in Delhi.
Astha Rawat★★★★★A Dining Experience That Stays With You Long After the Last Bite Dum Pukht at ITC Maurya in Delhi, is not a restaurant. It is a confident, unhurried song of the swan — so refined and captivating. Indian cuisine at its finest has no equal anywhere in the world. Our party of ten arrived with high expectations and left with the kind of quiet disbelief that only a truly exceptional meal produces. From the youngest at our table, thirteen years old and admittedly skeptical of fine dining, to our most seasoned guest at fifty, every single person was not just satisfied but genuinely moved by what arrived course after course from Chef Qureshi's kitchen. The dum cooking - slow, sealed, patient produces flavours that feel less cooked and more revealed. The awadh style wrapped biryani alone justifies the journey. The kebabs carry centuries of Awadhi refinement in every bite. The breads arrive with the kind of care that makes you slow down and pay attention. But the soul of the evening was Chef
Emmanuelle Bedard★★Frankly, thoroughly disappointed. Heard a lot of good things but the food came up quite short of expectations. The night started off well, good service and quick seating (we originally had a reservation for 7:30, and they let us push it to 8pm when we called to say we’d be late), however things went downhill when we started to get the food (main food order in the image attached). First off, we found it odd that our waiter tried to get us to start with the jumbo prawns and lamb kebab (leaving only potato and cauliflower as mains) because the other dishes would “take too long” (ie 20mins) - the organization of the menu was odd. We started with the Dudiya kebab (was good), the prawns were also good but the sauce could be better (more flavourful). The lamb kebab was very soft (almost too soft) and the cardamom was overpowering. Vegetable dish was also lacking in flavour. For having the naan under “specialities” it was kind of disappointing - some pieces were burnt and none were very soft
Kundan Dewase★★★★★An exceptional fine dining experience! The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish reflected the rich Awadhi tradition, and the kebabs and biryani were outstanding. The ambiance is elegant and luxurious, making it perfect for a special occasion. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured we had a memorable experience. A must-visit for anyone looking for premium North Indian cuisine in Delhi. Highly recommended!

Monica Puri Bangia★★★★I haven't been to this place in a long time and was really looking forward to the food and it didn't disappoint. We started with some drinks. It seemed they were out of all the reasonably priced liquor and only had the more expensive ones. They should just take the rest off the menu if they don't have the stuff. Anyway, the service seemed a bit off but the atmosphere was great. We started off with some chicken tikkas which were melt in the mouth. Really really good! We ordered the raan, the nehari, the dal and a chicken curry. Two tandoori rotis and two khameeri roti. We also got the gucchi pulao which was fabulous! Overall the meal was really good but it is really rich and heavy. But a great experience!
Preeti Mundhra★★★★★Arvind was very helpful as a waiter. He was able to serve and give the food quickly and comfortably. The food was great too, the paneer was delicious and the dal was very good too. There were musicians playing the tabla and piano which made the experience a lot more lively! This place was a very fun, yummy, and exciting experience to have dinner. Definitely coming back when getting the chance!
Pranav K★★★★★Dum pukht was a unique experience, rich Awadhi food enjoyed in a very Mughal-Esque architecture kind of ambience, almost like sitting in the palace dining room. The plates and table setting make for a royal experience. The highlight of the food was the cook on the chicken, for it was so soft and tender I have never eaten more tender chicken before. The Handi murgh korma features this delicious chicken prep. The gravy was also rich with cinnamon flavour. Other dishes were alright, I liked the paneer kebab but it was very overpriced for only 3 total pieces. The Taftaan tasted more like a western bread but I liked the idea of pumpkin seeds added to it, however it was a bit dry in parts. The khamiri roti was the only proper disappointment cause it wasn’t like khamiri roti at all. It was actually tandoori roti. Sad cause I came mainly for this. Another plus point outside the regular food though was the papaya pickle on the table, which was delicious and had me complete it entirely. Over
