yasmeen sayad★★★★★Lovely cute and cozy place with a beautiful ambience, amazing service, and a really good crowd. We opted for a healthy dinner here and tried the Chicken Grilled Steak with BBQ Sauce Protein Overload Salad and Iced Coffee Latte. Everything tasted fresh, healthy, and delicious. The portions were satisfying and the flavours were spot on without feeling too heavy. On booking through District, we also got a complimentary gluten-free fudge brownie dessert which was a sweet little bonus to end the meal. August Cafe never disappoints ✨
Ankan Singhal★★★Visited August Café recently and came away with mixed feelings. We ordered the Mushroom Sandwich on sourdough, Paneer Tikka Panini, Pink Sauce Pasta, Veg Burger with fries, Cold Chocolate, and ended the meal with a Chocolate Cake. Starting with the sandwiches, the Mushroom Sandwich was unfortunately quite dry and lacked the moisture and flavour you would expect. The Paneer Tikka Panini had the opposite problem, the mustard was so overpowering that it completely dominated the dish, making it taste more like a mustard sandwich than a paneer tikka panini. The Pink Sauce Pasta was decent but nothing memorable. It wasn't bad, but it didn't stand out either. The Veg Burger was actually the star of the meal. It was well-made, flavourful, and easily the best savoury dish we ordered. However, what left a sour taste was being charged ₹50 extra to make just a handful of fries peri-peri. Charging that amount for a full portion is understandable, but for barely six fries on the side, it felt ex
PRASAD★★★★Had heard so much about August Cafe that we decided to give it a try. It’s a small, cozy place with a nice vibe, but that’s pretty much where the positives ended for me The food was just okay, and honestly, the taste was nowhere close to the hype surrounding the place. Nothing we ordered really stood out or made us feel like we’d discovered something special Overall, it was an average experience. If you ask me whether I’d go back again, the answer is definitely no. There are far better cafes in Mumbai that offer better food and value for money.
Anjali Agarwal★★★★★I have been eating at August Cafe for more than five years now. Believe me when I say they really have the best pasta in the town. They are true to the taste and the flavours. My favourite is Alfredo. They have really wide range of breakfast, including keto, diet, Jain options. Must visit , perfect if you wanna chill and work
Preeti Gupta★★★★★Amazing cafe.. ✨It's such a gem in Khar.. Lovely Atmosphere n best ambience ♥️ Very clean aesthetic makes it a great spot for a quiet catch-up. Their food quality is a win win.. Super delicious mix mushroom truffle oil spaghetti pasta 😋, their drink ginger mimosa was too good .. Dangerously addictive was the Sea Salt Truffle Cake; it’s famous for that reason.. Service was super warm.. I visited the Khar branch n would love to explore their other branches with friends n family.. 💕 💕
Anish Karkera★★★★Love the location of this branch. The outside area is nice and open in the mornings. The staff sweet and prompt. We got the florentine omelet that was served with beans, sourdough, and hashbrowns. The omelet and the hashbrowns were top class. I'm not personally a fan of baked beans so I can't say much on that. We also got the eggs benedict, I took a star off for this. An egg benedict should come with a muffin and a ham or bacon in between, but they serve it without any meat in the middle. We had to pay extra to add salami slices. The hollandaise sauce was a little plain, there was no tang in it that makes it stand out. Something you guys should look into. Irrespective, we had a good experience here. Will definitely visit again to try their other stuff.
Adriel Fernandes★★Visited August Café recently and had quite a mixed but overall pleasant experience. Starting with the Pho, this unfortunately missed the mark. It wasn’t authentic, used the wrong type of noodles, and the balance of flavours was overwhelmed by an excess of chilli oil and flakes. The Soy Chilli Noodles were also underwhelming; they lacked depth and flavour, and didn’t really stand out as a noodle dish. On the brighter side, the Nachos were, as always, spot on, crisp, generously topped, and satisfying. The Chicken Steak with Peri Peri Sauce was another highlight, perfectly cooked, tender, and flavourful, paired beautifully with fresh, well-seasoned vegetables. For drinks, the Elderberry Fizz with soda and basil seeds was refreshing and unique, while the Cappuccino was smooth and well-prepared. Desserts were a strong finish to the meal; there’s a great variety to choose from. The Tiramisu Waffle was indulgent without being overly sweet, and the Ice Cream Sundae with a brownie base, ice
Shadab Shafi★★★★Great food and service at august cafe. The food items were all good. The sandwich i ate was very hot though and the sauce they gave with it was also hot and sour so it basically numbed my taste buds. I had some cold coffee to reset it. The benedict was nice and the owner was also friendly and eager to take feedback from customers.
