They say this spot literally has some of the best cheesecakes in the city. And they’re right. This is Demy and apart from doing legendary cheesecakes, they’re also doing great food. They have Indian options like Prawns Ghee Roast and the amazing Rustic Chicken Kadhai plus Continental options like Nachos Bowl and even fusions like this Mumbai Masala Pizza. Vibe and and ambience wise, it’s one of those premium, sophisticated spots, perfect for dates.

I visited a while back and overall had a good experience. The food tasted great and the ambience of the place was really nice, making it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a meal. That’s the main reason I’m giving it 4 stars. However, I didn’t give it 5 stars because the pricing didn’t feel completely justified compared to the taste and portion. With a slight improvement in the quality or flavor, it could easily feel more worth the price. Also, while the staff were polite, they could be a bit more trained and attentive to make the service smoother. Overall, it’s still a good place to visit and I would consider coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The space looks warm, airy, and festive, with thoughtfully done décor that makes it Instagram-friendly and inviting for a relaxed meal. The food, however, is hit-or-miss. While presentation is decent, the flavours don’t quite live up to the visual promise. Dishes felt safe and average, lacking that standout element you expect at this price point. One area that really needs attention is maintenance. Worn-out furniture and torn upholstery (clearly visible) take away from the otherwise pleasant setup and impact the overall dining experience. Overall, Demy is a nice place to sit, talk, and soak in the ambience, but there’s clear scope to improve on food consistency and upkeep. With better attention to details, it could easily move up a notch.

Demy at Kamala Mills truly stands out as a premium fine dine experience. The moment you step in, you’re greeted with a spectacular ambience, elegant interiors, warm lighting and a rooftop setup that instantly sets up the mood. The food is also really delicious. The ambience is very good no doubt but the taste of the food has degraded over time. Went there last time and enjoyed the food but this time i ordered spicy lotus stem and the taste was very different, it was sweet. Also ordered veg farmers delight pizza and it was soooo bland like really really bland and not worth 700 rupees at all. Glad didn’t order more and went to nandos later because the food at demy disappointed so much. Nandos is sooo good i wouldn’t recommend anyone to go demy now.

Visited Demy for dinner with family on a Monday evening two weeks ago. The food was good. Quantity was alright. The lotus stem dish could have been a bit crispier though. Overall food good. Music was a bit too loud. And the staff was a bit reluctant on lowering the volume even though the the crowd was low. They did lower the volume eventually, so this wouldn't be a major put off. The ambience is beautiful. Could get a little dark but it's not a major putoff. The only reason I'm rating the atmosphere 1 star is for the MOSQUITOES. I'm pretty sure they had a better feast than we did. Please make sure you lather yourself with enough mosquito repellant before you visit the place. Tldr; food good, ambience decent, mosquitos make the experience frustating
