Someone poured their heart and mind and made this place, I have tried a couple of things and it surprises me that how such healthy food can be this good, everything for the ingredients they are using is fabulously priced. A huge fan of their cookies, I got some stuff from their Santacruz store and made hampers for me cousins and they all loved it. Also the staff is so polite, I constantly order from Zomato and love all their products, truly wish them a huge success!!

I ordered Mer Konfekt products on Zomato Gluten free Almond Cup Cakes - Description - says almond flour jaggery and belgian chocolate - No ingredients list on product - taste was good so reordered to realise Brookie bars - Description - zero maida atop jowar cookie - no ingredient list on package says 100% whole wheat - no mention of jowar Sprouted Moong Herb Chia Bread - Description says sprouted moong - ingredient list has white flour n jaggery Buck Wheat Pizza base - description none - infredient list is clean - buckwheat flour pink salt olive oil apple cider vinegar water So descrete ingredient lists are there - half declared descriptions misguiding customers - kindly stop misguiding customers ! This was my last order to you unless you change your practices

The breads here are advertised as healthy, but once I received the product and checked the ingredient list, it clearly mentioned white flour (maida). This is extremely disappointing and misleading. Customers who are consciously choosing healthier options trust such claims, and this kind of marketing breaks that trust. Selling products under the label of “healthy” while using refined flour feels dishonest. Brands and bakeries must be transparent about ingredients instead of misleading customers in the name of health.

I ordered two peanut butter cans from Zomato on 9th feb 2025 evening but one of the can was already opened, with black greasy paste around the tin and bottle neck area with manufacture date removed. I tried calling the shop multiple times but no one pick up and tried connecting with Zomato support team but they dismissed my concern as situational issue. This entire experience was disappointing. Please upgrade your food quality and service

Excellent Breads, pizza bases, tea cakes and sweets too. Special mention for delicious sourdoughs and gluten free bakery products. Their flavourful lavash and crackers are amazingly good. Surprisingly available in gluten free options as well. They have recently introduced Indian sweets as well which are equally good as the rest of the vast menu.
