Disappointing experience—greatly needs improvement. ​The Ambience & Setup: Located right above the Kia Showroom (beside Nagarjuna and Big Badshah), the entrance isn't great and the interior feels very dull. The restrooms were pathetic and poorly maintained; the hand dryer was broken, and tissues were just left sitting by the basin. To top it off, the power went out twice during our visit, leaving us in complete darkness. ​Service & Management: We booked a table via Zomato, but the staff had no clue about it and kept questioning us to confirm. Furthermore, the music was blaringly loud. Even though our group was the only one there, the staff completely ignored our multiple requests to turn it down, making it impossible to have a conversation. ​Food & Drinks: The menu is limited, and several items were unavailable. The drinks are just okay. As for the food, the starters are decent, but the main course was highly underwhelming. ​Final Verdict: I definitely wouldn't recommend this place

I recently visited Hashtag 88 in Marathahalli and tried a variety of vegetarian dishes along with mocktails. We started with mushroom soup, which was not up to the mark—there’s definitely room for improvement in taste and balance. The nachos were good and enjoyable. We also tried paneer dishes, which were decent, but they could be enhanced with a bit more flavor and seasoning. The lotus stem dish was okay, while the mushroom stuffed starter stood out and tasted good. For the main course, we had tandoori roti, cashew curry, and mixed veg curry. These were average—flavors were acceptable but not very memorable or top-notch. On a positive note, the mocktails were really good and refreshing, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, the place has good potential, but improving the flavors and consistency of some dishes would make the experience much better. Worth a visit for drinks and light food, with scope for culinary improvement.

Highly Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience I strongly advise families to avoid Hashtag 88 Marathahalli. The environment felt genuinely unsafe, suggesting it caters exclusively to a rough "party crowd." The service was appalling: 1. Staff and Management are unprofessional and uncivil. They lack basic etiquette and speak inappropriately. 2. They are uninformed about food availability. 3. Service is extremely slow and unresponsive, even after calling them multiple times. 4. Staff relentlessly pester customers for 5-star reviews, even offering ice cream as a bribe—a highly unprofessional practice. The pricing also lacks clarity. Given the lack of safety, poor training, and terrible service, this restaurant provides zero value for money. Needs immediate management intervention and staff training.

We’ve hosted events across multiple cities in India, so we’ve experienced all kinds of venues, and unfortunately, our experience at Hashtag 88, Bangalore was quite disappointing overall. The food quality was below expectations, the washrooms were not maintained properly, and the venue itself felt very average for hosting professional events. These are basic things that really impact the overall experience for both organizers and attendees. That said, one thing we genuinely appreciated was the staff. The team on-ground was extremely polite, supportive, and always willing to help whenever needed. Their attitude and cooperation were definitely the best part of the experience. Hope the management works on improving the overall maintenance and food quality because the staff truly deserves a better setup to represent.

Worst experience ever in dining, unwelcoming, late service despite one or two customers, hiked up prices 118 for a bottle of water kept without offering regular water, Not able to describe their own desert when asked, stood nearby and check served and payment taken before meal is finished would never recommend to anyone, the waiter will run the place to ground, the most dry and lack of texture of the desert served the waiter wasn’t capable to suggest the required desert of the only 4 deserts available. Wouldn’t recommend revisit, possibly the worst experience in a decade If there was an option I would go below 0 and give negative ratings
