Neutral experience, billing guy recommended there best seller hazelnut cold coffee and another rose one. We tried their hazelnut coffee which tasted very normal and nothing like the best seller. Honestly, it was nothing wow in it. Also tried the chocochip cookie which felt rotten. The place also had a odour don’t know why. Not a good experience.

A nice new coffee shop inside the Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden. It’s towards the outside Gate no 2. Entry is from outside too. Ambience- The cafe is calm and quiet. Seating is comfortable. Food - We tried the kenangana special coffee. Initially it seemed diluted as they said they use some special own farm milk. But they changed it. Cappuccino was nice. The cheese garlic bread was average. We tried the pistachio croissant, was average. They spread pistachio paste on it and butter toasted. It was expensive as compared to the size and taste. Beetroot Paneer wrap was nice. Service - The manager was really good and professional. She explained the recipe, even changed the coffee, understood our taste. Accessibility- wheelchair not accessible. There are steps. LGBTQIA friendly- Yes We got discount from Swiggy Dineout
