“One of the best farm to table experience one can get in Bangalore. The ingredients are fresh and mostly sourced from their farm. They have an unique way of presentation which appease both eye and taste buds. We have visited them twice and looking forward for more.”

Navdeep Jakhar★★★★★Had an absolutely brilliant lunch here with my wife. The chefs did a great job explaining what each dish was and the inspiration behind it. The servers are attentive and move seamlessly to create a top notch dining experience. The menu is a great selection of local produce presented as part of a larger story. I especially enjoyed watching them prep the dish with intent and precision as we chose to sit at the side counter. I had the non vegetarian tasting menu and my wife had the vegetarian option. The whole experience lasted 2.5 hours and they were very sweet to add a small cake as we were there for my birthday. Would absolutely recommend this experience to everyone.
Ixzxidx★★★★★Lots of things to consider before you decide to go to Farmlore. It’s not a place you can just up and leave. It’s carefully planned for, just like the menu is for planned you. The flavour profile of this month’s menu were incredible. A bite transports you to exactly where it was intended. The play of flavours and ingredients, the passion and innovation, precision and execution of concept to reality is such a breath of fresh air. It’s an experience, one I will definitely be back for, once chef JE has the next menu rolling. Some of the food in the pictures- half eaten as we were so excited to dig in and explore the food.
Rashmi J★★★★★We’re still reeling from how incredible the entire experience at Farmlore was. The team were just wonderful from the moment we arrived to the moment we (reluctantly) left. It genuinely felt like an experience in every sense of the word. The space itself is very chic and intimate (holding a max of around 20 people I believe), which makes it feel like the restaurant is putting on a private show just for you. Now, to the most important part: the food. Incredible is truly the only word I have. I’ve been to several fine dining restaurants and worked my way through more prix fixe menus than I can count, and the food at Farmlore is undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever tried. Every course was thoughtfully conceived and even more thoughtfully explained - you’re not just eating, you’re being told a story, and what a delicious story it is. The flavours are deeply rooted in India, and even the wine pairing (the locavore option) features wines from Indian vineyards, a touch I absolutely loved. Th
Vanshita Garg★Extremely disappointing veg tasting menu. Not even a single dish justified the experience. Really really bad food. Not at all recommended. There are way better places in Bangalore. Setup wise they are just a farm sort of setup. Not at all worth the price. The rose decor plate was literally butter. Too yuck.
Nidhi S★★★★★Having dined at numerous fine establishments across the globe, this easily ranks as one of the best. Approach the menu with curiosity of all sorts and not just culinary, as many dishes feature ingredients and flavors that may push the boundaries for the everyday diner. While the food was undeniably delicious- as one would expect from a fine dining experience...it’s the service and staff that elevate Farmlore to an extraordinary level. The staff’s attentiveness and engaging conversations, even during busy moments, create a warm, relaxed atmosphere while offering wonderful insights into the inspirations and meticulous planning behind the dishes. The farm itself is a delight to visit and explore. Thoughtfully labeled plants make it easy to understand their uses, and walking by the mint garden is an experience in itself, with the invigorating aroma of various mint varieties enriching your stroll. The team has crafted a truly remarkable menu and concept. If you find yourself in Bangalore
Shefali Tyagi★★★★★An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The 10-course tasting menu was thoughtfully curated, with each course showcasing creativity, balance, and attention to detail. Every dish brought a unique combination of flavors, textures, and presentation, making the meal feel like a culinary journey rather than just dinner. The ingredients were fresh and of outstanding quality, and the pacing between courses was perfect. The service was attentive, knowledgeable, and warm, with staff taking the time to explain each course and its inspiration.

Michael zur Muehlen★★★★★A fabulous fine dining experience, about an hour from Bangalore’s city center. A creative and flavorful spin on modern Indian cuisine. The menu started with a selection of cleverly themed dishes and progressed through some absolutely delicious seafood and meat courses (there’s a veg option we did not choose). The sommelier is very knowledgeable (and personable). The locavore and explorations wine pairings were excellent. The atmosphere is light and friendly, less formal than similar-level Michelin restaurants would be (a shame that the guide does not rate India yet, Farmlore would certainly be on the map). We’ll be back.
