It’s a great place with a pleasant and inviting atmosphere, making it enjoyable to spend time there. The service was also really good—staff were attentive, polite, and quick to respond. The only letdown was the food. Although it was cooked well and presented nicely, it lacked salt, which made it taste bland, yet at the same time it was surprisingly very spicy. This combination made the flavors a bit unbalanced. The soup stood out as an exception and was genuinely delicious. Because the main dishes were so spicy, we ended up ordering hakka noodles to help offset the heat and make the meal more comfortable.

I recently visited this place with a friend of mine on weekend. The outside seating is good but, in the late evenings there can be a lot of mosquitoes. It has a cute ambience with ample outdoor seating and good indoor seats with a few games you can play while waiting for your food. We had ordered the following: Hazelnut cappuccino (3.4/5) Cafè Latte Avocado cream cheese sushi (2.3/5) Spinach and cheese dumpling (4.2/5) Pull me up chocolate dessert (3.9/5) The dumplings were really good and the chilli oil they had served was better than most of the places I've been. The sushi was where we were really disappointed, it was not authentic and the wasabi too - was not at all hitting the spot. Drinks were fine though, but I honestly had expected better food. Dessert was also really good, but by the end of it - we were just trying to finish it somehow. The service was really good and kudos to the staff.

This cafe has got an aesthetic appeal. However I was not thoroughly happy with the food. There are many food options available but perhaps I chose something that was not Ideal. It is quite expensive as well. I didn't see a lot of people visiting the cafe to click photos. The service could also have been better. Overall rating: 2.9/5

Lovely food, and cozy ambience. Food was really tasty. Visited here twice with friends and loved the food both times. Service is also great. Although it is a bit hard to find as it is a little away from the main road and the road to reach here is bumpy. But the cafe is worth a try. We have tried their ramen, pizza and dimsums and all were tasty.

Shiso Cafe offers a truly delightful culinary experience. From the moment you step in, the ambiance is inviting and the menu promises a journey of interesting flavors. During my recent visit, I found the food to be consistently excellent – each dish was well-prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with fresh, vibrant ingredients. The coffee, too, was top-notch, providing the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The staff were attentive, friendly, and contributed to a very pleasant dining atmosphere. However, there was one significant detractor from an otherwise perfect visit: the pervasive cooking smell. It was quite noticeable, particularly indoors, and seemed to stem from inadequate ventilation in the kitchen. While it's understandable that a busy kitchen will produce aromas, the intensity suggested that the exhaust system might not be effectively containing and expelling the cooking fumes. This unfortunately detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal, as the smell lingered a

Visited Shiso Cafe recently — loved the ambiance; it's cozy and nicely done. I tried the Singapore Crispy Prawn, Hakka Chilly Chicken, BBQ Chicken Pizza, and Chicken Burger. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of flavor and freshness. Great place to hang out, but I hope the kitchen improves soon.

After entering you immediately realise there is no kitchen. First point, no AC. Complete hell. Second, there is no kitchen at alll. Where is it ????? Im sure they dont sell food because we waited more than 35 mins, roamed around looking for a chef. Absolutely nothing !!!!! Never visit this place. And FYI, when you have airconditioning, use it. If you want to save electricity, shut down your cafe. Better idea.
