If you want to experience service, this is the place you should visit. I had gone there for dinner on a special occasion. At the last minute I called them to request if they can arrange a candle light for the dinner just to make it more special. Though it was just hours before Mr. Kiran was very kind to no only arrange a candle but also give us a complimentary cake. Now comes a more detailed review: 1. Service: I will rate them a 100/10. The service is simply out of this world. They are the best. They gave us a tour of the entire hotel from inside all the restaurants and bars and everything. By their service they proved that they are a 5 star hotel. Kudos to the team. I have clicked a pic of the team and uploaded in appreciation. 2. Food: Food was good, variety was large spread, though it was non spicy food mainly to suit the pallate of foreigners who do not eat much of spicy food. The Earth Plate is buffet restaurant located inside Sahara Star. It was on my bucket list. We visited on special occasion. They have separate veg and non veg sections available. Indian, Chinese, Thai, Contiental and Mexican food is served. Wide variety of top notch quality food available. Dessert 🍨 section is mind blowing. We visited here for Sunday lunch which was a buffet. The overall experience of all of us was very good. The spread had an amazing choice of meats and good choices for the vegetarians as well. It has quite a few of the live counters... The food quality was top notch with good range to choose from. The deserts had a super range to select. The Jalebi was the top pick of all on the table. The ambience is very good, though it got a bit busy and noisy due to a couple of parties that were happening but overall it was still good. The service is very prompt and you can see the staff is on their toes throughout. Definitely a good place to try some good food and spend a lovely Sunday afternoon.

Menu and spread is huge, veg, non veg, dessert, mocktails, salad....it's unending and super delicious 😋! Cuisine wise too spread is huge. Environment inside is mesmerizing... Kids enjoy the buffet.
