Worst experience ever, I booked Basic plan for my anniversary celebration when I reached there whatever they offer was worst. 1. Floor was dirty 2. Sofa with lots of garbage. LED was not working 3. They don’t have staff for service. They don’t have floor mat. I will add photos for everything. The booking guy refusing to pick the call . They fought with us.

The worst experience I've ever had. I booked a dome café for my 1st wedding anniversary celebration with my family, expecting a memorable evening. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Please don't rely solely on the promotional videos while booking. The reality was completely different. The place lacked cleanliness, and the plates and glasses provided were not properly maintained. The hospitality was extremely poor, and the overall service was far below expectations. We ordered vegetarian food, but almost every dish had the smell and taste of non-vegetarian food, which made it very uncomfortable for us. To make matters worse, in front of my guests and family, the entire experience was embarrassing. Most of us ended up leaving with empty stomachs because we couldn't enjoy the food. Very disappointed with the management, food quality, hygiene, and service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. First and foremost, there is no proper parking space — if you take the risk of parking nearby, you might end up paying a hefty ₹1000 fine. The entry area is extremely unpleasant, with a stinking smell and poor cleanliness. The lift is tiny, and the building itself is poorly maintained, giving a shabby first impression. The domes are dirty and seem like they’re never cleaned, while the outdoor furniture is completely worn out and uncomfortable. It’s surprising that such a unique concept is being run in such a neglected space. Frankly, the location needs a serious upgrade because the idea behind the restaurant is good, but the execution and ambiance ruin the experience. I usually check places beforehand to avoid unpleasant surprises, but this time, it was truly a letdown. The experience was nowhere near worth the money they charge, and the place overall felt like a big joke.
