Yesterday me and my hubby visited this branch for our special date for the very first time in Beer cafe and I could have been 5 stars to this branch however I am giving 1 star rating for the experience I had there. First of all the staff were giving special attention and respect to foreign customers this is what I felt. We were attended by 2 waiters there and when the second waiter came into the picture at the time of billing, he wrongly billed us for 3 beers and in reality we ordered 2 beer. When we confronted that waiter he started to agru with us that he served us 3 instead of 2, when we asked him to check the cctv he was hesitant as if the cctv are not operational. Later after many agru the waiter went back to check the cans or something..i don't know and then accepted his mistake however when we asked for the refund as we already paid, he simply denied and forcely gave us the 3rd bottle without our consent . That waiter was rude and disrespectful. I really felt very disrespected

Let me start with the good part, the beer collection, it is simply fantastic, they have samples from all over the world and it is available for purchase. The ambiance is also amazing, they were playing some decent music when we went. We did not stay for food just a couple of beers and we were out so I cannot go in depth about the food menu. Now to he bad part, we were informed there was a promotion running for a 4 pack of beer which was 15% off, but upon receiving the bill we saw there was no promotion applied and we had to ask our waiter to recheck and get the discount applied, this took quite some time which was totally unnecessary as we had asked him even before ordering about this and he told he will be applied automatically. So when you are here do check your bill properly! While you are checking the bill one thing that will pop your eyes and wallet is the 25% VAT they add along with the 10% service charge, this is simply unacceptable in the era of GST. The place is totally decent and not annoying. People respect your privacy. The managers are really nice and polite, and the chef can cook exactly the way you want. My only suggestion is that since FIFA has already started, please play the football matches on the screen
