So bad people and management when the customers come at hotel they deliver best quality food and service but if yu take parcel of food from here they will give so early coocked food some bad smell also some time from salad because the customer once go away with parcel he cant give complaints so they giving so bad parcel service

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hotel Food Junction, Patan I recently visited Hotel Food Junction in Patan and had one of the worst dining experiences ever. I ordered their Punjabi Thali expecting a decent North Indian meal, but what I received was far from acceptable. The vegetables were completely tasteless, lacking any spices or flavor. The paneer sabji was the most disappointing part — there was barely any paneer in it. You had to literally dig into the gravy to find a few tiny, rubbery pieces, which felt like a joke for something that’s supposed to be the main dish of the thali. The tandoori roti was burnt, turned black, and had so much ash on it that it was impossible to eat. It looked like it was pulled straight out of the tandoor without any inspection or care. The food clearly lacked freshness, and nothing on the plate felt like it was prepared with attention or hygiene in mind. On top of that, the service was incredibly poor.
