I visit TWC Punjabi Bagh every Sunday morning for their Americano and really love the experience. The staff is courteous, wait time is limited, the ambience is amazing and the best part - this specific location is open 24 hours, making my early morning coffee experience. They have ample sitting space and if you’re looking for a quiet early morning coffee, TWC Punjabi Bagh is your place to be!

I used to like this cafe because one can work peacefully in a quiet environment here, but I won't be going back because of their terrible customer service. One of their staff, Leela, was quite rude on my last visit to this TWC. She doesn't care to confirm the customer's order, and blames the customer if the order is wrong. She doesn't even take responsibilty let alone apologise. Also, the staff here lack warmth. They never smile when they see a customer. Besides the ambience, there's nothing special about the place. Never going back!

I love Third wave but today they served a really bad Walnut Banana Tea cake. It was so hard and wasn’t even breaking with the fork. Please look into this, and try to serve fresh food? Now I’m not sure if the order things on the menu will be fresh or not. If you are reading this please don’t serve stale food, otherwise we have a lot of options. Thanks.
