“A very cozy and calm place with great service. The food was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu. They serve large portions. I highly recommend the Meat Zurbian for anyone who enjoys spicy rice paired with deliciously grilled meat.”

Abdulmelik Ibrahim★★★★★I’ve been to this restaurant many times, and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious and consistently high quality. What I really love is the design it feels like a fancy house with multiple balconies, which gives it a unique and cozy atmosphere. The whole place is very aesthetically pleasing and makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Ali Khaleel★★★★★I had Iftar at Fig Restaurant during Ramadan and it was a truly lovely experience. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, which made it perfect for breaking the fast in a relaxed setting away from the usual crowd and noise. The buffet offered a diverse selection of dishes, with something for everyone. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts. You can really feel the quality and care in the food. Overall, a great place for Iftar in Baghdad if you’re looking for a peaceful ambiance and delicious, fresh dishes. I would definitely visit again.

kaede★★★the place has a really nice vibe, honestly like somewhere you’d enjoy just sitting and chilling. But the food ? Not really it,especially for the price and portion. the spaghetti bolognese was basically inedibl, couldn’t tell if the meat was off or the parmesan had gone bad but something was wrong. The burger and fattoush were okay, nothing special
Abdulrahman Qazzaz★★★I had good expectations for the place, but it was a big disappointment. The restaurant is very beautiful from outside and inside, the atmosphere was nice, beautiful selection of calm music, the lighting was moderately dim and very nice. When we sat down, there were no glasses, and we were served water bottles without any glasses, the service was somewhat fast and quick, but I personally didn’t see any positive energy or welcoming kindness from the staff. The menu selection was good, but the quality of the food wasn’t great. The salads were the best part of the meal. The brisket kubbah was overly sweet, the meat crepe with mix berries sauce was mediocre, the crepe tasted a bit too eggy and the flavors didn’t combine well. The brisket and steak sandwiches were okay at best. The portions were good though. A small cup of tea was 2,000 IQD! It wasn’t even complimentary like many other restaurants in the city. It was overall a letdown and not worth the price we payed. There are tons of

Ali Adil★★Overall, a disappointing experience with a lot of room for improvement in preparation and execution. Here is a quick breakdown: Hummus: Huge portion but drowned in oil; lacked the rich taste of extra virgin olive oil. Quinoa Salad: Didn't taste fresh and was quite bland. Needs a lot of work. Eggplant Carpaccio: Instead of a delicate carpaccio, these were thick, oily fried slices. The arugula was too large and sharply peppery (baby arugula would be much better). Qatari Shrimp: Good baseline flavor but arrived lukewarm. The shrimp was over-fried, and the accompanying potatoes and corn were hard. Umm Ali (Dessert): Very disappointing. It felt like drinking plain milk and severely lacked nuts. Shisha: Unfortunately, the shisha was served uncooled, which affected the experience. Hoping the management takes this constructive feedback to improve their quality and serving standards.
Asmaa Edrees★★★★★"Fig's open buffet *a dine-in experience with a regular menu outside of Ramadan* was a great choice for Iftar. Reservations are a must, and thankfully, I had booked ahead. Once seated, I found a truly impressive and wide selection of dishes, catering to diverse tastes during the Ramadan buffet. The food was good quality, and the variety was excellent. Cleanliness was also a highlight, particularly in the bathrooms. The view of the ceremonial square was a beautiful backdrop to the meal, creating a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend Fig, but be sure to book your seats in advance, especially during Ramadan. I'm also curious to try their regular menu sometime!"
