With a rooftop surrounded by the skylight building of downtown Erbil and the most famous street of dream city The bar is very organized, the drinks selection is amazing, and sometimes they even have a buffet with great food. Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience during my second visit to that place! The attitude of the staff was shocking when I asked to see the the manager of the place, they told me (why? We can’t tell you who the manager is!!) Also the top floor is not exclusively for couples or families, it is based on their mood or if you know them! You can go, if not, you have to stay in the other floor, in our case we were the only table in the whole floor! I wish they can learn more on hospitality and dealing with guests especially when they have introduced themselves as a brand! The reception staff need to put some smile on their faces or at least to welcome you! I was expecting way more from them.

About one year ago I wrote a negative review on this place because of the way they treated us! I didn’t go again until last week, I noticed a huge change in their hospitality from the receptionists to the staff and their supervisor, it’s very important for any place which is directly in contact with people to consider customer’s opinion to improve their hospitality and customer services skills. I can tell they did that successfully and therefore I have to mention it here and appreciate it as a customer to give a credit to the positive change I noticed at the restaurant. Well done team!
