I stopped by on a rainy day and ordered a latte, repeating the order a few times to be clear. Unfortunately, I received plain coffee with milk that wasn’t steamed and the drink wasn’t hot. I noticed one staff member training another, and with the long queue and my time constraints, I didn’t say anything then. Just sharing this as constructive feedback, as a good latte would have made the experience much better.

The service was wonderful! The lady who helped me was very gentle and kind, taking her time to ensure everything was perfect. She made a lovely coffee. The pastries and bread looked delightful. The pain au chocolat had a nice flavour, but I found the texture quite unusual—almost too chewy, which took away from the overall experience. I also tried the sourdough, which had a good taste, but the crust wasn’t as crispy as I expected. With a little toasting on the grill, it could shine!

Genuinely the best coffee I've had in Dublin. Out of my way but I made a point to go often. The people are kind and knowledgable. The cheesecake and croissants are to die for. The honey is delicious. I only wish this was a bigger location that had indoor seating.
