Costa Coffee

I was in costa a few hours ago and enjoyed. Coffee and a sandwich with my daughter. unfortunately i went to use the toilet before i left. What i found was a health hazard ! Wet floors that i can only assume was urine. Toilet paper strewn all over the floor and the bins overflowing. Picture attached. God only knows how people are not poisoned. I won’tbe back 1 money later there has been no response from Costa.

My daughter and her friend went to Costa and it was 25 min before closing and they ordered a chocolate fudge frappe and instead of whipped cream it tasted like egg whites and when we met them for them to show us they wanted to go back but it was closed and also the service was bad when they went in they already where giving them side eyes and rolling there eyes because they already started cleaning even though it was 25 min before the closing time and I don't think we will ever go back.

Very hard to get a seat. We were there 2 weeks in a row but never again as several tables taken up by people with computers working and studding. One person per 4 seated tables with books and folders laid out. Takeaway cup sitting on front of them. don't seem to have any coffee left as the never moved. Saw a family come I and had to sit on separate tables
