The only downside was the service. From the moment we sat down, we felt a bit rushed. I completely understand that restaurants can be busy and fully booked, but we were given a clear time limit of just over an hour (even when we book too), which made the experience feel slightly pressured. The food: We ordered two dishes (Beef Cheek Tagliatelle and Garlic Prawns & Chilli). They were delivered on time. The beef cheek had very good meat, but the pasta needed more cooking time as it was slightly undercooked. The Garlic Prawns pasta was somewhat oily and only had four prawns. I ordered the sausage ragu with rigatoni and the pasta was undercooked, hard and inedible. The server was kind enough to replace it for a carbonara but insisted that the pasta was cooked correctly. I found this explanation rather patronising as I can tell the difference between undercooked and al dente pasta.
