Manavdeep Singh★I regularly order groceries online from this supermarket, but unfortunately items are almost always missing from my orders. It’s really frustrating to have to check everything and then follow up for refunds or replacements each time. Almost every single order arrives with missing items, which is completely unacceptable. It feels like there’s no proper quality check before orders are sent out. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every delivery and chase refunds every time. It’s a waste of time and shows a lack of basic accountability.
Elizabeth★Shockingly bad customer service. They all seem like they don't want to be there. Feels like you're putting them out if you ask for help. I've also witnessed a "supervisor" arguing with a customer, which was very uncomfortable.

Varghese Paul★The staff and manager at this SuperValu store need proper training—very poor customer service and a lack of politeness. Easily the worst SuperValu in Dublin. The only phrase they seem to know is, “We can’t do anything.”
