Very overpriced for the quality of food. The classic burger I got was shockingly thin, burnt and swimming in grease. There were no chicken tenders available when we went. The promotions do not apply for this branch either which made things very expensive for the four of us (2 adults and 2 kids). I emailed them to highlight these problems two weeks ago and have heard nothing back. I’ll be going to one of the branches that actually do run the promotions on the app. Very disappointed.

The end of an Era. For over 30yrs ive enjoyed my Eddie Rockets. Coke zero and regular coke was totally flat today. . . But worse..... Ive always gotten a strawberry milkshake. Went in today. Milkshake is not the same and I was told they are now using different ice cream. Returned my Millshake for the first time ever in Eddie's. And sorry to say, that will now be my last ever visit to Eddie Rockets. . . Whoever made the call to change the ingredients on their signature milkshake (best in Ireland IMO) really needs to be sacked. Farewell Eddie

The hotel has a great location and a beautiful exterior, but the overall experience didn't quite match the expectations. The room was comfortable, though some areas felt a bit dated and the service was inconsistent at times. While the stay was pleasant enough, I expected better value and attention to detail for a hotel of this reputation.

The food was perfect 1/2 boneless chicken wings 1/2 fries with garlic dip and fanta. I also had an oreo milkshake. The staff were lovely and friendly it's a nice escape from the other places in the square.
