We arrived 30 minutes before closing and, even though there were plenty of products still available for sale, we were no longer allowed to choose anything savoury because the toaster stops working 30 minutes before closing time. There were also no cups left for the coffee or the hot chocolate, so the drinks were served in takeaway cups.

The place is decent, nice little book area where you can grab a book and relax with a cup of coffee. They only serve what’s ready made in the store. The chai latte was not the greatest I’ve tasted, couldn’t even finish it especially for that price tag. Would be ok for a catch up with a friend or just people watching as it is in the heart of the city. Wouldn’t recommend the chai though :)

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my visit. The coffee wasn’t good — the milk was overheated, and the cappuccino tasted more like a flat white. The toilets were also dirty. I hope the management will pay more attention to the quality of the drinks and cleanliness.

Cozy place! I come here to read or work. The seats are very comfortable, and the atmosphere is chill. I tried some pastries, they were delicious. I love the little gianduiotti chocolates, they remind me of my trip to Italy.
