Low quality beans. No roast date, beans clearly roasted separately and then mixed together with no differentiation between medium and dark roast coffee. No info on the origins of the coffee. The coffee itself is flat, bitter and stale, with no interesting notes. I brewed two different blends that I was given, using both a manual espresso machine, and an aeropress. Both achieved reasonable crema and color, but bland results. If you are looking for some coffee that you can drown in sugar and use to wash down your cigarettes, then this might be for you. If you're looking for quality, fresh coffee, go to a specialty coffee roaster
