A wedding in Covid-19 conditions could have been a major let down. After a wedding ceramony to the dim of sundown, we gathered under Aran’s roof in a warm intimate colored, quaint old Turkish bath named "Hamam El Pasha". Which really set the mood to what was an amazing dinner. Aran prides himself in using the best produce and you can tell. Every dish devoured was a certainty but no one could have imagined that days later we would find ourselves still reminiscing about the chick-pea salad with chicklet and the simply magical zucchini, simple but mysteriously infused with flavors that will make your pallet cry for more. Truly an exquisite dinning experience that will leave you longing. By the way, I cant remember when each and every one of my guests displayed such a united front regarding the service and food. Thank you again Aran, we are so delightful that we met.

Israel’s hidden gem of a restaurant. I took my husband here for his birthday and it far exceeded my expectations. Every course was delicious. Amazing quality seafood and meat. The restaurant is beautiful, quiet, and we had it all to ourself. Asaf was our chef - a very nice and talented artist. The owner is also very kind. I would recommend to anyone looking for a special dining experience.

Simply amazing. One of the best meals we've ever had. The space is an old Turkish bath, filled with atmosphere and decorated with great taste. We had a tastings dinner that lasted almost 3 hours, we've let the chefs surprise us, and that they did. The dishes (mostly fish and vegeterian, per our request) ranged from delicios to mind blowing. The service was warm and familiar and we felt completely at home. We will cherish this event for a long time.
