The delivery arrived 40 minutes late. A piece of plastic (cheddar bag) was found in the sandwich, and the fries were cold. Sandwiches aren't as good as they used to be. When you're focused on profit, you focus on quantity but not quality.

I go there often, and I have to say I've never had any complaints. Yesterday, however, I ordered 4 sandwiches, and when they arrived, I opened them... and the sandwich was without the bread.... Unbelievable, I know! I called the shop to let them know, and a very rude lady answered, and told me several times that it wasn't possible, but after a while she changed her story, oh yes, ma'am, the new guy, etc.... I was asked not to touch the sandwich and that they would bring me another one, which meant waiting another 30 minutes, and it was 11:30 pm, and in the meantime I had to watch the others ea
