Restaurant 37 in Bolzano: the kind of place that makes you briefly consider “moving to Italy” as a financially responsible life choice. We started with a beetroot risotto that looked like it belonged in an art gallery and tasted like it belonged in my permanent personality. The food presentation, the taste and the portion size was just right. I had this Aplenfolrelle with white asparagus as appetizer, it was more than delicious. Eye candy with the nice presentation, delicate flavors and texture of mouse-like spread on the side of the plate(as you could see from the picture), I’m not sure if I ate in a correct way, but I dipped that spread with the bread that comes along. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. After traveling a lot, I’ve learned that reviews can sometimes be misleading, you never really know how good the food is until that first bite. Thankfully, this place exceeded expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt romantic and inviting.
