Stopping by for a drink with friends. Spritz at €3.50 for a small glass is unheard of. Local bars at the same price serve it in a larger glass (with the same amount of ice). A local bar offers a spritz in a large glass for €3.70, along with a steady stream of cicchetti if you go during aperitivo time. I don't think I'll be back for a drink.

I've been going to this bar for years without ever having any problems, but today I had a truly disappointing experience. I walked in and there was no one there; the lady was crouched behind the counter. I said hello and had to wait a full three minutes before receiving a response. Even just for a simple courtesy, three minutes is an eternity when you're in a hurry. I asked for my bus ticket and, when I asked to pay by card, the lady replied that "it wasn't possible." I find this ABSURD in 2025, especially since, starting June 30, 2022, with the PNRR 2 Decree, merchants in Italy are required
