I found this bar by chance using the maps on my phone. The interior is beautiful, the dining room welcoming, spacious, and well-maintained. The service is a bit less so: I go to the register to pay before my drink. It's already chaotic there; people walking past you, handing you money from behind while you're about to pay... etc...
