I had lunch there. Although I arrived a bit too early, the staff was friendly and allowed me to sit in the terrace and wait for the kitchen to open. I ordered the smoked cod, and a lemon tart with meringue. Both dishes were really tasty. You can really taste the lemon in the tart.

A quick 10 minute walk from the Colosseum will lead you to a small restaurant (aren't they all when you're in Roma). It was quiet when we got there, so they were able to seat a part of six easily. Portion sizes were perfect for a quick lunch.

We had lunch. It's very near the Colosseum, it has the option to make a reservation. The food is good but it's expensive (value is not there) It’s 30-40% more than it’s worth. 3 euro for a basic coffee when you can get an amazing specialty coffee for 2, 5. Skip

Delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. Near the colosseum but didn't feel touristy or crowded. The carbonara was great and the staff was very friendly.
