Honestly some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. It’s been a week since we visited Koicha Room and I’ve thought about it every day and told everyone I know about them. The food was superb, specially enjoyed the oysters, sashimi and the Rainbow Rolls. There’s really something for everyone on this menu. The service was great and staff were welcoming and attentive. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Everything was incredibly fresh, creative, and just really well done, and the menu is huge with so many great options. A few things that stood out were the caramelized salmon nigiri, a super unique roll with salmon, cream cheese, and strawberry that somehow worked perfectly, plus the hot roll and dragon roll. The all you can eat quality here is honestly unbeatable. The cocktails were huge, strong, and had such a fun presentation, especially with the sunset view. My mom is celiac and they were extremely accommodating, adjusting dishes without hesitation
