We found the manager VERY rude. We ordered the 38Euro meal for Ralf and they unknowing to us brought the 72Euro plate. Which Ralf was very happy to see and it matched the description . Well the manager just came by and said "we made a mistake " and yanked Ralf's plate while he already started to eat. Then he brings the other meals and after 10 minutes they bring back Ralf's 1/2 meal. We tried to nicely (in Italian) explain our displeasure but he argued that he was polite about it and was in the right but we told him that 4 of us saw what he did. Absolutely excellent food, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was polite, discreet and very professional , attentive without being intrusive. The interior is elegant and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere for a relaxed meal. For Como, the prices are surprisingly fair and more than justified by the quality. A true hidden gem! This place felt dishonest. There were two different menus—one shown for ordering and another used at checkout—with higher prices on the checkout menu. On top of that, the food seemed frozen and only reheated. I wouldn’t recommend it. Risotto alla Milanese with different prices on different menus.
