Lovely little taverna in Turin. Arrived in Turin late for a business trip and our hotel managed to secure us a table here even though fully booked. Booked for two, turned up with three and they accommodated us. Beautiful decor, authentic food, perfectly cooked pasta. Would highly recommend coming here but it looked busy even on a Wednesday night so I would suggest booking in advance.

An old-fashioned "Trattoria" that in Turin they call "Taverna". Good intentions with the food, but I believe that the taste does not match the expectations and the presentation. Wine list is very reasonably priced and has some interesting local gems such as the Alta Langa, the Timorasso and a lot of good Barbera, on top of the iconic Nebbiolo. Service is really good and atmosphere is 5 stars if you want to impress someone with a local old-fashioned piemontese place.
