I ordered a cappuccino and a ham and cheese sandwich but was only handed the sandwich. Since I only speak English, I was doing my best to communicate. When I asked about my cappuccino, the staff member muttered a few unkind comments in Italian under her breath, which my companion understood. A little patience and kindness toward visitors would have made a big difference.
