Erfane★Went to Botega Cafe' for a tea and a café at 11:30am. It wasn't crowded. Ordered and waited for 30 minutes until we kindly asked one of the three waitress if there was a problem. We were roughly told that our order was being processed and because there was a lot of people it took longer. One of the waitress was reading, the second one cleaning something and the last one doing nothing. We left for another Cafe we were very happy with.
