Had an excellent meal in lovely quality atmosphere. The food was excellent. Surprised by some of the other reviews. Seems like others are in a rush. It was a little slow, perhaps, but isn't that was Italian dining is all about - taking time and soaking up the atmosphere. Personally I had a lovely delicious meal and would go back.

We came after a recommendation but sadly, this was the worst meal we have had in Italy to date - and one of the most expensive for the amount of food.... Starters were okay - not spectacular, and not awful (risotto and pasta). Risotto wasn't tasty, pasta chewy rather than al dente, sauce ok! Main courses were beef stew (ok flavour) and meatballs - 6 for 18 Euros - served with nothing but tomato sauce. Husband had ordered roast potatoes. Think there was one potato, diced - costing 6 Euros. No attempt to check we were happy. Other diners were smoking at the other side of the hedge, leaning talk

The place is just ok. No menu in English available even though most of the people eating around me asked for one. I didn’t get asked if I want ice and lemon with my drink (the can was just dumped on my table). Ravioli was tasty and side salad generous.
