We had such a brilliant experience at Fermenti. From the moment we sat down, our server Greta was warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive without ever being overbearing. She was like a friend from the start, read our group dynamic perfectly and met us exactly at our level, which made the whole night feel easy and relaxed.
