Amir Afshar★★★★★I had a good experience at Larchvio in Modena’s old city. The food was good, with flavors that felt authentic and well prepared. What stood out the most, though, was the atmosphere, it had a warm, charming vibe that perfectly matched the historic surroundings.
Raluca★★★★★Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and the cocktails are amazing. They have three A4 pages of cocktails, and you can even create your own cocktail if you want to. What is also pretty great is that they give you free appetizers and a small bowl of salted chips along with the cocktails you order, and they taste really good too (the chicken strips are NOT free, they’re separate from the appetizers). Location is great, in the center of Modena, and the vibe is awesome! I 💯% recommend this place!
Tania Stott★★The atmosphere had a good vibe and service was so fast, but I regret choosing this place to dine. The mini Caprese was just a salad and not really mini, mixing Greek salad with Italian...not sliced thin like a Caprese. It was ok though. The Tagliatelle al Ragù has got to be the worst or 2nd worst pasta I've ever eaten at a restaurant. It was al "Oil Slick". It can't be an Italian that made this, because the amount of oil was enough to coat a salad for 10 people. I couldn't see any vegetables, just meat and a coloured oil. The taste was extremely weird. I've had Tajarin in Alba and Ragù in Bolo
Francesco Bianchi★★★★★This is a lovely bar, with a beautiful decor in a very suggestive location. Probably the most lively in Modena centre! We went there for an drink before dinner and didn't consider that with the drink they could have brought us also some food. The nibbles were delicious and the pizza warm. The 2 cocktails we ordered were pretty good. Don't let the prices on the menu scare you as you get more than you would normally expect.
