It's a bar I frequent often, and every time I go there's a short, skinny waitress with zero zest for life who's always rude, ill-mannered, and a liar. One time, she didn't bring glasses of water with the food, and after five reminders, she finally brought them, very rudely. Last night, however, I asked for a glass of sparkling water, but they brought it to me still. When I asked again for sparkling water, she said, "Sparkling water isn't available, so I didn't bring it to you." When it came time to pay, I asked at the counter for a glass of sparkling water, which was supposed to NOT BE AVAILAB

It's unacceptable that in 2026 there will only be biscuits and jam for those who are lactose intolerant. It's also unacceptable that for those with allergies, there's nothing. Nothing vegan. The only options available are drinks. For me, that's unacceptable.

Dinner with friends with "grandma's tasting"—everything was excellent and plentiful. The service was top-notch, with very polite and helpful staff and a fair price. A pleasant surprise!
