Waiting 1,5 hours for starters is a little too long. Waiting 2h for pizza is definitely too long. Manager on afternoon shift is incapable of managing waiters. What he is good at is finding excuses for bad service. The quickest thing we received was the bill. Dear Owner, where are you?

Food was really nice and service was also really friendly. We wanted to try a bunch of foods they served, but be warned, the portions are big! The only thing that I really didn't like was when I was in the toilet they gave my girlfriend the bill without her asking because they wanted they needed the table. Even though there were many free tables (especially inside). I felt a bit rushed because when I came back I found my girlfriend already waiting for me and our table cleared. Doesn't feel like proper hospitality to rush guests out who just finished their meal.

We ordered one fritto misto to share between two people, asking for two plates. The waiter misunderstood and brought two separate fritto misto dishes. When we explained the mistake, the waiter argued instead of resolving it, and the owner ignored the situation completely. The restaurant was also uncomfortably hot despite having AC. Very poor service and no accountability. Would not recommend.
