I arrived late on Sunday night and felt a bit nervous because the place was empty. However, the guy who took our order was very nice, and we chatted about where we were from. I ordered a half liter of red wine for about €5. While the price was reasonable, the wine itself was just drinkable but not particularly good. As for the food, we had the pizza Frutti di Mare and the marinara. The sauce was brilliant—well-balanced and not too acidic. Neighborhood restaurant, not at all touristy. Friendly staff and I think owner, portions were good, and food was even better than I expected. Wasn't busy the night we went and the waiter talked to us a little about traveling and Torino. Not a ton of options in this specific area outside of pizzerias, this place had some extra menu items to keep the kiddos happy and even some fruit juice, which didn't seem easy to come by in other restaurants we went to. Anyhow, would recommend and would go again if I was in Torino.
