I originally passed by and was told that there was a 30-minute wait, so I came back a little later and it was much quieter although it still took 15 minutes. In general, I believe this is a very busy place as it provides an easy takeaway meal at a very good price which does not seem too common in Parma, so there might be a wait. Great Focaccia, amazing horse meat but a bit too long waiting (30 minutes for 4 focaccias). We totally understand the busy times but for assembling focaccias the production line should be quicker. Friendly staff but a bit distracted 😄
