Nannini is a perfect place to stop for a nice afternoon snack or coffee drink, especially if you want to take a break from the heat while exploring the old town. It has a relaxing atmosphere and a good selection of treats and drinks. The assorted local cookie plate was a great option because it allowed us to try different flavors in one serving. We also enjoyed the nice chocolate sachet, which paired well with the coffee. Overall, a pleasant stop for a quick break, light snack, and local sweet flavors.

20260528 - Was recommended by our day tour guide Would have been a great place due to the spacious setting and eye pleasing decor However, not a good place if the place was busy The food was acceptable The service was inconsistent .. efficient but curt .. and hurried .. resulting in misunderstood orders I was sore because breakfast there took almost a full hour out of the allocated 180 minutes in Siena I would probably enjoy more having breakfast overlooking Piazza del Campo even though I could be paying more for it

Overrated, unwelcoming, and not worth the visit. I really didn’t enjoy this place, mostly because of the unfriendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt looked down upon—like they were doing me a favor by serving me. That attitude stayed with me even as I ate a pistachio éclair, which was actually quite nice. Not exceptional, but tasty and well-made. The coffee, on the other hand, was truly terrible. The seating is uncomfortable—chairs you can’t even lean back in—and the entire sitting area was nearly empty, which isn’t surprising once you understand their strange system: if you want

Unwelcoming staff. Waited patiently while the staff did not acknowledged us and seem to helped white guests first and greeted with kindly. Plenty of bakeries with much better product and seating environment
