We came into town on an off hour and this was one of the few places in the area open, but that was no problem for us! We all ordered several different dishes and we were all satisfied. The food was fresh and flavorful. We particularly enjoyed the swordfish with potato cream as well as the pasta with sardines. We had Sicilian cannoli for dessert which were large and flavorful. It was a ricotta filling which still retained the flavor of the cheese while not being overly sweet. I would have liked the filling to be slightly sweeter and have an additional flavor, but that wasn't a deal breaker fo

We arrived from Favignana in the afternoon, hungry, everything was closed. We saw an open restaurant, entered and experienced something that is very, very rare in tourism. Despite the crowds and the preparation of dishes for reservations, we were treated to a wonderful owner. For starters, she brought us delicious bruschetta with spread, followed by pasta ala Norma, which was divine. For the gods. And finally, a surprise, pastries that are soaked in sweet Marsala wine.
