Actually only popped in for a coffee but that soon changed and we found ourselves sat in a really nice, family type environment, eating local dishes and sampling home made beer. Very reasonably priced and I have to say filling dishes. We then finished off with a Turin local drink called Bicerin which is a combination of cold coffee, chocolate and cream and is very nice indeed. We love going off the main tourist trail and finding new places and this didn’t disappoint. We stopped into Caffe Roberto on our tour of Turin for the famous Hot Chocolate. Amazing and friendly service. The hot chocolate was outstanding as were the pastries. Nice atmosphere. We loved our visits and highly recommend.

I ordered the ravioli, and they tasted exactly like the store bought ones from the local lidl. The meat inside was mushy and pasty. The atmosphere couldn't be more depressing, no music, plain walls with just a little fake vines and on top of that the place was cold, no heating. The service wasn't the best either. Our waiter wasnt welcoming at all and often ignored us.
