One they spoke English, two they were very pleasant and attentive and three they took card and they had a menu to choose from (not a standard)!. the food and drink we had was a delightful experience (high quality and delicate taste produce) that we will definitely want to enjoy again on our next visit. Udine has still many beautiful surprises such as this place even after coming here for 8 years.
