It's been a while since I visited the "Carmagola", but the place just cannot leave my mind. Nicola has created something truly special here and in my mind it is just a matter of time until the restaurant received at least one Michelin star. Everything is at the highest level - the service, the ambience and of course the food. You will not regret ordering the Menù Degustazione, which given the quality is an actual bargain at 80€, as well as the wine pairing with 20€ which was very attentively selected. A great gem of a restaurant. Beautiful interior, excellent service (also speaking very good English!) and a menu where you can't bring yourself to choose what to order, as everything is incredibly tasty. We had an amazing lunch where we couldn't help but steal from each others plates, just to taste as much as possible.
