Aakriti Singh★★★★★I love this place. In fact, sometimes I go to varese only to have a sandwich at Golden Egg. My favorite and the only one I always order is Golden Egg with boiled eggs, asparagus and cuore di palma. There are a couple of benches to sit and few tables to just stand and eat. Overall my favorite sandwich place in Varese and perhaps all of Lombardia.
Francesca Zardin★They have an old fashion menu that doesn't take into account the reality of vegetarian/vegan people. We were rudely talked by the lady at the order point. She had no patience at all for vegetarian people. The toasts are really nice but kindness is what makes you go back to a place.

Sean★★Perhaps this place has some history but to me it was nothing special. I ate the Palmito, which seemed to made out of cheap, basic ingredients including lots of mayonnaise. The toasted bread was much too dry for my taste. I needed lots of water to rehydrate my mouth while eating it.
